Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada and the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We do not currently deliver to other U.S. territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses. The United Kingdom is not currently available.

How much is shipping?

Orders of $59 or more ship free to every country we deliver to. Orders under $59 have a flat shipping rate of $7.95. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Amounts are in U.S. dollars and are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Where do orders ship from?

Products ship from China through our shipping partners. See our shipping policy for current information. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (U.S.), 10–20 business days (Canada & Europe). Delivery estimates run from placing your order and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Customs checks, weather and carrier delays can extend delivery.

Is a holder included?

Only when the product page says so. Individual stick and coil packs do not include a holder. Check the contents of each gift set and your selected option.

What packaging will I receive?

Products arrive in their original packaging, as shown in the product photographs. Many gift sets feature illustrated boxes and traditional Chinese motifs. Some labels are in Chinese; our English product pages explain the contents, quantities and use instructions.

How do I choose a scent?

Our incense guide explains the formats and fragrance directions. Scent notes describe the fragrance character, and individual impressions can differ.

Can I change an order?

Email info@ashlotus.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order can still be changed or cancelled before dispatch.

Will I pay import taxes or duties?

Import taxes and duties are not included and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Can I order fragrance oil internationally?

Kalimantan Fragrance Oil is currently available for U.S. delivery only.
