Shopping with Ash & Lotus

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Ash & Lotus online store. Please review the product information, shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy before ordering. Questions can be sent to info@ashlotus.com.

Products and descriptions

Each listing describes the selected item, quantity and included accessories. Photographs may show multiple items or styling props; these are included only when the listing says so. Packaging may include Chinese lettering. Colors can vary between screens, and fragrance impressions vary between people. Use products only for their described purpose and follow the supplied instructions.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market. The checkout shows the order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout. Import taxes and duties are not included and may be collected by the carrier on delivery for Canadian and European Union orders. Discounts and free-shipping eligibility are calculated using the conditions shown with the offer. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Stock availability and order details are reviewed when an order is processed. If we cannot fulfill an order, or identify an error in its price or description, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected items. We do not substitute products without your agreement.

Shipping and returns
