Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada and the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We do not currently deliver to other U.S. territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses. The United Kingdom is not currently available.

Shipping rates

Orders of $59 or more ship free to every country we deliver to. Orders under $59 have a flat shipping rate of $7.95. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Amounts are in U.S. dollars and are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Shipping origin

Products ship from China through our shipping partners. Standard shipping is not an express-delivery service.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (U.S.), 10–20 business days (Canada & Europe). Delivery estimates run from placing your order and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Customs checks, weather and carrier delays can extend delivery.

International import taxes and duties

Import taxes and duties are not included and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Any import charges assessed by the destination country or carrier are the recipient’s responsibility and are separate from our shipping charge.

Product availability

Kalimantan Fragrance Oil is currently available for U.S. delivery only.

EU VAT and import charges

We do not currently collect EU import VAT through IOSS at checkout. EU orders are shipped from China. Import VAT, any applicable customs duties and carrier clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be payable by the recipient on delivery.
